  7.      koalatoppm - convert a C64 koala picture file to a portable pixmap file

  9. SYNOPSIS
  10.      koalatoppm <koalafile> [<ppmfile>]

  12. DESCRIPTION
  13.      Reads  an  C64 koala picture file and produces a portable pixmap file.
  14.      Will  not  cause  any color errors other than wrong RGB values for the
  15.      C64 colors. Will refuse to convert a short file.
